Wine is my passion. Especially food and wine pairing, where it’s about increasing enjoyment of a meal whatever the budget. My wine knowledge was something I developed in my spare time, before deciding it was time to prove that this was more than a hobby- that’s when I started professional training. I have so far achieved an internationally recognised wine qualification –WSET level 3 (Merit) from the International Wine School in London, practical sommelier skills, and a Distinction in Level 2 spirits too.
