Gary Poole brings more than 35 years of international experience in engineering, programme leadership and transformation across complex aerospace and defence organisations including Meggitt, Fokker Technologies, Europrop International and Rolls‑Royce. As Director of Optima Project Solutions, he advises start‑ups and SMEs on strengthening governance, delivery and performance. As Vice President of Certification at IPMA UK, he leads the certification of UK project professionals within one of the world’s largest and most respected project management bodies. Gary also serves as Chairman of Beggars Fair Festivals Ltd, guiding the festival’s strategic direction, volunteer leadership and long‑term sustainability as a cornerstone community event in Hampshire.
